FAQ

What is the turnaround time?

 Turnaround time varies on previous work order Que. Typical order processing takes 2-3 business days excluding weekends or holidays. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days via USPS unless otherwise product is stated Pre - order. Auto emails are in place that let you know your order was received and tells you the next steps. You are not contacted directly to confirm your order was received. Please allow up to 2-6 weeks for completion on all orders during SALES & PEAK time frames. (Holidays & Back 2 school). Business days DO NOT include weekend or holidays. 

***IF YOU HAVE A DEADLINE, YOU MUST INFORM US BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER TO ENSURE WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE IT!

How do I return an item?

How do I place an order?

 All order must be placed directly through website. Browse through items, read product descriptions. Once you're ready add the items to your cart and checkout. A confirmation email will be sent after ordering.

How do I track my order?

 

We generally ship via USPS. Tracking numbers are provided at the time of shipment preparation and automatically emailed to you from website.

How can I contact your couriers?

 

* Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. 1-800-275-8777

* Stylez by Sistaz is not responsible for USPS or UPS delivery schedules or time of delivery.

* If shipment is returned, customer will incur additional shipping charges.

* Damages or discrepancies regarding your order must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

** we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages**

 

What are your refund options?

 

** There are “NO REFUNDS” of any sort given on  consultation fees or any part of Stylez by Sistaz creations once order has begun!
