Custom orders are done on a first come first served basis and orders placed during a sale or high volume times (including holidays) will have an extended processing time. *In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail or phone. Processing time for custom orders that include more than one item may also be extended due to each item having to be made individually.
